1.Flax seeds –

3.Sesame seeds –
Sesame seeds are rich
in zinc which helps to boost production of progesterone .they also contain
lignans that blocks excess production of estrogen when progesterone raises.
You can add sesame
seeds in your meals in any form like – Sesame chtani / sesame powder use while
cooking , sesame + gud laddo .
