what are the benefits of OMKAR sadhana during Pregnancy ?

 

   OM is a first syllable formed when the universe gets formed.as the universe is formed from 5 elements ,likewise the baby is also formed from the same 5 elements.

This 5 elemental construction gets formed in a good way after practicing omkar sadhana.  

OM Has 3 syllables - Aa , uu & ma

                  


Benefits to mom – 

-  - Increases blood circulation towards the womb.

- - Reduces thought process.( at neurological level) so the psychological/ mental  /body  stress level gets reduced.

  - The OMkar sadhana gives you energy , vibrations inside the body and soothing effect to your internal organs, and their working efficiency get increased.
