it is used in many forms as coconut water, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut.
it has madhur rasa.( sweet taste) & sheet virya showing its importance for use in summer.
it is mutral & mutravirajaniya so can be used in mutrakruccha ( difficulty in mituration)
when there is pakva phala ; it turns into ushna guna leading to act as vajikaran & aartavjanan so it can be used in vajikaran yog & kashtartava ( dysmenorrhoea) respectively.
