It is mostly known for its Prabhava as -Hrudya.

It is known as Arjunsadada in Marathi , arjun in Hindi & sanskrit , Arjuna in English.

USES -

1. Shukrasatambhan -

    So arjuna churna is used with shwetachandan kwatha in Shukrameha (spermatorrhoea).

2. Raktapradara -

    Due to kashaya rasa it is used to cure rakta pradara ( abnormal uterine bleeding)

3. Shwetapradara -

 - Due to Kashaya rasa , the Garbhashayamukha vrana ( cervical erosions) get cured.leading to 

 - Cure for Shwetapradara ( leucorrhoea).
