๐ฑVrushya & Rasayan -
Pippali works Vrushya ( Aphrodisiac) & Rasayana. It increases rasa , rakta & Shukra Dhatu.so used in Panduroga ( Anaemia) , Shukradaurbalya , rajorodha ( obstruction in menstrual blood flow).
๐ฑAartav-vaha Srotas -
Pippalmool works as Garbhashaya-sankochak ( causes uterine contractions).
Fruit - works as vrushya ( Aphrodisiac).
So useful in Rajorodha , Sakashta-prasava ( Difficult labour) & Shkradaurbalya.
๐ฑSutika roga & Makkal-shoola -
- Pippal moola churna + Honey works as Garbhashay sankochak (uterine contractor) so causes labour pains.
- For the Apareapatana (delivery of placenta) - pippal moola kwatha is used.
- Pippali-Pippalmool - works as Garbhashaya shodhan ( cleansing action of uterus) - rakta - dushti Makkal shoola & sutika jwara.( puerperal fever).- pippali & pippalimoola churna is used with gud and warm water.

Patient in labour - for stimulating Labour pains.
Sutika - stravshodhna ( helping easy excretion of lochia).
Makkalshoola - in sutika caused due to dushta rakta.
Sutika roga caused due to dushta strava.( abnormal secretions).
