Five Natural Ways helping to improve PCOS /PCOD status !

 As PCOS / PCOD is a lifestyle disorder , Changing your lifestyle in healthy way helps to improve your PCOS state along with medications with less time period.

                                           


Along with medications , PCOS patients should follow -

1) Exercise -                                           


    They should Practice Exercise , Yoga asanas for minimum of 30 minutes.

    they should walk daily for minimum 30 minutes / 3-4 km ( as per patient )

2) Meditation -

                                           


    The patients should practice meditation for minimum 15- 25 minutes that will help to relive their stress.

3) Food Habits -

    They should strictly avoid packaged foods, preserved foods and start with having fresh green vegetables , salad  & Adding ghee in your daily diet .
