What are the Benefits of Honey as per Ayurveda ?

        Honey is a very commonly used in India. it is formed by honey bee's. Many of the Indian houses use it with some kitchen ingredients to relive kapha. Let's get to know Ayurveda view about Honey. 

        In Ayurveda , it is called as Madhu in Sanskrit. Madh in marathi & Honey in English. It is best to treat kapha disorders & it has many other benefits too. 

Honey is of  Rasa - Madhur

                    Anurasa - Kashaya

                    Vipaka - Madhur

                    Virya - sheeta 

                    Guna - Guru & Ruksha

Why pregnant Woman should always practice walking ?

 Many of the pregnant woman have advised for exercises and walking throughout the pregnancy , but they are unaware of their benefits. so , here we are sharing the benefits of walking through out the pregnancy and some more things about walking in pregnancy.

   



๐Ÿ‘‰Walking is easy and can be done in every condition in pregnancy.

๐Ÿ‘‰  It is beneficial because , the muscles of thigh & hip region are used while walking, that helps to make them more flexible.

๐Ÿ‘‰Due to the flexibility of these parts , that helps for increasing chances of natural birth.

๐Ÿ‘‰Due to Walking, it helps for improving blood circulation.

๐Ÿ‘‰Most of the times , it is seen that if a pregnant woman goes for walking in morning , the symptoms nausea , vomiting gets relived & that keeps her fresh throughout the day.

    When you should practice walking ? 

         You should practice walking most preferably in morning , but if not possible in morning - you can go for walk at any time during day except just after lunch.


     Precautions to be taken while Walking ?

  ๐Ÿ‘‰The speed of walking should not be so fast or so slow.

   ๐Ÿ‘‰ No “ walk & Talk.

  ๐Ÿ‘‰The speed of walking should be maintained as per the weight of the baby.

    Walking as per Pregnancy Trimesters :-

   ๐Ÿ‘‰   First trimester -  Minimum 15 mins        

   ๐Ÿ‘‰second trimester -  Minimum 30mins         

   ๐Ÿ‘‰last Trimester - Minimum 45mins

     Why walking i last trimester of pregnancy has special importance ?

   ๐Ÿ‘‰Walking in last three months of pregnancy is having a special importance as - it helps the fetus to come in normal position for delivery.

   ๐Ÿ‘‰ it increases the chances of normal delivery.

WHAT IS GARBHSAMVAD ?

 As you all know Garbha means foetus / the baby in the womb.

it is simply - “your baby”.

Samvad means having conversation.

The word Garbhasamvad simply means “having conversation with your unborn baby.”

It can be done by mother / or the parents both /also by the family.

Every mother wants a Healthy, intelligent ,brave , having strong body & mind , so the pregnant woman is directly / indirectly thinking about the qualities she wants in her dream child.

so, This thinking of mother is converted into the conversation of baby and mother. 

                                    

Garbhsamvad is a scientific method for conveying the feelings , emotions of the pregnant woman about her baby.

Some people call it as “ Swasamhohan” and some call it as a type of “Dhyana”.

As the Garbha is connected to the mother with the umbelical cord,as it carries nutrition for the baby, but it also carries the emotional vibretions of the mother to the baby.

What you should talk about ..?

Garbhasamvad doesn’t mean to talking to your baby continuously.

You can share not only about your daily activities, routine but also about the virtues and values which you want your baby should carry after birth.

You have to imbibe all those virtues & values in yourself  which you aspire to put in your child. 

                                                  


About the place to practice Garbhsamvad ..

you should practice garbhsamvad at the places as -
Clam , Clean, Having Fresh air .Having low light & Comfortable.

 When you should practice Garbhasamvad ?

The best time to Practice Garbhsamvad is at bedtime.
But you can also practice it at any time during day if you feel to do so.

For how much time you should practice it ?
   - For about 15 - 20 mins a day.

How it impacts ?

Prcticing Garbhasamvad will lay the sound foundations of the intelligence , emotional , spiritual quotient of the child.

it helps to make your child more intelligent , good at critical thinking ,with having good analytical skills , a good decision maker , more creative and an emotionally balanced child.
