When you should practice walking ?
You should practice walking most preferably in morning , but if not possible in morning - you can go for walk at any time during day except just after lunch.
Precautions to be taken while Walking ?
๐The speed of walking should not be so fast or so slow.
๐ No “ walk & Talk.
๐The speed of walking should be maintained as per the weight of the baby.
Walking as per Pregnancy Trimesters :-
๐ First trimester - Minimum 15 mins
๐second trimester - Minimum 30mins
๐last Trimester - Minimum 45mins
Why walking i last trimester of pregnancy has special importance ?
๐Walking in last three months of pregnancy is having a special importance as - it helps the fetus to come in normal position for delivery.
๐ it increases the chances of normal delivery.
