Pathya - ( To be taken in daily diet) 

seasame chatani

Javas Chatani

Badishep

Spinach soup / sabji /dal / chatni

sevga sabji / added in dal

green leafy vegetables.

Papaya, Pineapple ,Pomegranate, apples

Beatroot , Cucumber ,Tomato ,Muli

Strictly warm water for drink.

                  

Apathya ( To be avoided)

Avoid spicy (packaged spices) /oily diet

Fast food.

Bakery products.

Maida products.

Packaged foods/ juices.
