1) Exercise -
They should Practice Exercise , Yoga asanas for minimum of 30 minutes.
they should walk daily for minimum 30 minutes / 3-4 km ( as per patient )
2) Meditation -
The patients should practice meditation for minimum 15- 25 minutes that will help to relive their stress.
3) Food Habits -

They should strictly avoid packaged foods, preserved foods and start with having fresh green vegetables , salad & Adding ghee in your daily diet .

4) Sound Sleep -
Sleeping early at night and maintaining the fixed sleep schedule.
5) Naval Therapy -
Putting 2 oil drops in your navel after menstruation and having massage with the oil helps to improve fertility.
