STRICTLY AVOID EATING THESE FRUITS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT !

Since pregnancy brings a lot of joy to a couple who is hoping to start a family, it is important to exercise caution while eating while pregnant.

 So here is a guide for pregnant women about for avoiding the following fruits - 

 1. Papaya -

                                                  

 
  Most of the people are aware of avoiding papaya during pregnancy.
 
  The unripe or semi-ripe papaya is known to cause Uterine contractions leading to abortion., so it is advised to avoid it during pregnant state.

 2.Pineapple -
                                             


  It is recommended to avoid use of pineapple during pregnancy due to the fear of early miscarriage due to uterine contractions.

 
 3. Mango -
                                                    
   

  As mangos are the attraction of summer for many people but it must be avoided to consume mangos during pregnancy due to their Shonit sthapan / styptics property ( of ripe mangos).

 4. Grapes -
                                         

Fresh grapes are not suggested to eat during first trimester due to fear of toxicity.
 
you can use dried form of grapes i.e. resins instead of it.

5. Avoid fruits that are non seasonal as a variety of chemicals  are used to ripen them.
